Wednesday June 20th saw the annual Institute of Fundraising Insight in Fundraising Awards. Gathering together the great and good of fundraising to recognise the best in data analytics and data-driven fundraising strategies and initiatives, it’s a highlight of every charity insight specialist’s year. Held this year at the magnificent Royal Institute of British Architects HQ on Portland Place, all agreed it was a fine setting for what turned out to be a great night for Wood for Trees.
Seven of our entries were shortlisted for consideration for the 10 awards on offer. We are really pleased to confirm the following:
Winner, Most Powerful Insight Using Research: British Heart Foundation in partnership with Wood for Trees, Critical Research and Roger Lawson Consulting, for our work in developing a major strategic segmentation to refresh BHF’s communications strategy through a multi-agency approach
Winner, Most Powerful Use of Insight in One-to-One Fundraising: The Children’s Society, with Wood for Trees, for ‘A different approach to LifeTime Value – applying it to non-individual giving audiences’
Winner, Supplier of the Year: Wood for Trees, nominated by Dogs Trust
Recognition for any work that we do with and for our clients is always extremely pleasing; the last of these awards in particular gives us great satisfaction: it’s the second year in a row that we’ve been awarded ‘Supplier of the Year’ by the body that represents the largest part of our client base. We look forward to building further on the relationships that form the basis of our reputation and success.
